Places to dine by boat are somewhat limited. In many cases getting from the boat to the dock requires some athletic ability. The approaches are often unmarked and assistance is limited.

Some spots worth noting are:

  • Antionetta’s at the end of Cedar Run. – The approach can be a bit tricky and was not marked. The docks include a floating dock and several slips. Bring your own lines. If you come by PWC, the floating dock is your best bet. There is a spot just to the left of the docks where you might be able to anchor if you can’t get to the floating dock. There is also a ramp right next to the restaurant where you could leave off a passenger.  The food, service  and view are great. THe 
  • Stewart’s Root Beer is located at the end of Tuckerton Creek. The channel is fairly deep all the way up. There are some 40′ boats there although maneuvering can be tight. Dock space is limited. 
  • Dockside Cafe – This restaurant is half way up Tuckerton Creek on the north side. There is docking for perhaps 3 20′ boats. The water is usually deep to that point
  • Panini Bay Waterfront – Mouth of Tuckerton Creek. 
  • Scojo’s at the Tuckerton Seaport in Tuckerton Creek. You can dock on a first come, first served basis at the Seaport if all passngers purchase an admission ticket to the seaport. 
  • The Oyster Creek Inn – Oyster Creek
  • The Gazebo, Bistro 14, Chowder Hut and a few other restaurants are a block from the public beach between 8th and 9th streets in Beach Haven. You will probably need to anchor and wade in a bit. Be careful as the bottom is rocky in spots. You can probably let passengers off at the ramp. 
  • The Dutchman’s Brauhaus is located on the north side of the causeway. The channel is marked but it can be shallow. 
  • The Bay View Terrace Restaurant is located in Waretown. Docking is available throught the Key Harbor Marina
