We will not accept any ads that are in violation of Federal,  State or Local Law including laws regulating discrimination in housing.

Checks are subject to a 5 day hold and must clear before your ad is run

Listing fees are not refundable

Payment may be made by check, money order or American Express.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions. We will in most cases credit you for the amount of the ad or correct and rerun the listing.

We will make every attempt to cancel your ad promptly. However keep in mind that search engines will cache your page which may result in people contacting you after your ad is no longer running.
